We have been to hundreds of worldwide restaurants, some up scale and top rated and some that are more on the middle tier and some that might even be considered hole in the wall or budget friendly. After all these stops and some numbers/algorithms, I created a value scale that is very specific to what you get for what you pay and put it into a final number.
